It works in two modes: analyzing existing assets (interviews, surveys, tickets, reviews) or going to find research in digital watering holes, then synthesizes ranked themes (by frequency × intensity) and generates evidence-based personas. Built-in guardrails keep findings grounded in real quotes rather than assumptions.
