Email warm-up consists of a pool of inboxes that opt-in to back-and-forth chat, powered by AI. This builds up your inbox reputation so your cold emails land in the primary. For new inboxes, we recommend at least 2 weeks of warmup before sending cold emails.
While it very rarely happens with our clients, we replace any "burned" inbox for free, no questions asked. This happens because of poor practices (not validating lists, high spam report rate), so we require you to audit your campaign with us before doing a inbox remake.
24-48 hours once the form is filled and we have all the information we need. From there, we recommend a 2-week warmup period that we can optionally handle on our end.
You can cancel at any time, as long as we have 48 hours notice before the next billing date. If you want us to transfer ownership of the domains afterwards, we can arrange this.
