Everything you need to
not land in spam
Complete cold email infrastructure in one place. Google Workspace and Microsoft Azure inboxes, bought in the same ColdIQ account you pull your data from.
Get MailboxesCold email infrastructure
that actually delivers
Buy the domains, configure their DNS, create the inboxes and get them into the tool that sends.
Official accounts
Fully managed Google Workspace inboxes, and Exchange Online inboxes inside a dedicated Azure tenant.
Full API access
Fifty endpoints under /v1/mailboxes on the public ColdIQ API, the same ones the dashboard calls.
Five sending tools
Instantly, Smartlead, Lemlist, ReachInbox and EmailBison, plus a credentials CSV for everything else.
Four screens to checkout
Provider, domain, inboxes, review and pay. Six screens if you put both providers in one basket.
Live provisioning status
Every phase reports its own state and every inbox its own outcome, while it happens.
Your domain, your credentials
Reveal them in the dashboard or export the lot as a CSV, whenever you want.
Bought beside your data
The same ColdIQ account you pull prospect data from buys and holds the infrastructure.
DNS done for you
SPF, DKIM and DMARC written on every domain ColdIQ registers. No record to paste.

Four screens, then a Stripe checkout
Provider, domain, inboxes, review and pay. Four screens for one provider and six if you take both, and the last one shows the recurring lines apart from the one-off domain line, so you know exactly what renews.
Sized in domains, not in inboxes
The buy screen puts two to three inboxes per domain first and the cap of fifty second, and that order is deliberate. The same inboxes spread over more domains put less of your volume behind one reputation. The screen tells you before you pay, not after your first bounce rate.
DNS configuration done for you
ColdIQ registers the domain and writes SPF, DKIM and DMARC on it. There is no record for you to copy into a registrar and no zone file to read. Warm-up is the one thing it does not do: that belongs to your sending tool, and a fresh domain still needs weeks before it carries volume.
Scale with bulk operations
Generate every sender name from one identity, or upload the Microsoft list as a CSV. Google Workspace runs from one inbox to a hundred and fifty, Microsoft Azure ships as a fixed hundred on its own tenant, and you can put both in one order, which the checkout confirms once per provider.

Frequently asked questions
No, and it is the one thing to plan around. ColdIQ buys the domain, configures its DNS, creates the inboxes and hands them to your sending tool. Warm-up belongs to that tool, and a domain that has never sent anything still needs weeks before it carries volume.
