ColdIQ Bot for Slack

Mention @ColdIQ Bot in a channel, or send it a direct message. It answers in the thread with real data: verified emails, phone numbers, company data, prospect lists. A large table also comes as a CSV file in the thread.

Click "Add to Slack" on https://coldiq.com/marketplace/install/slack, or go to ColdIQ → Settings → Slack → Add to Slack. You sign in to ColdIQ first. The Slack workspace is then connected to your ColdIQ team. Some workspaces let only admins add apps: then a Slack admin must approve the request.

Type /invite @ColdIQ Bot in the channel. The bot reads nothing in a channel until someone invites it.

Only members of the ColdIQ team that connected the workspace. The bot knows them by their verified Slack email. Anybody else gets a private message with a link to connect a ColdIQ account. To add a teammate, the team owner invites them in ColdIQ → Settings → Members.

Each request uses ColdIQ credits from the team owner's balance. A daily credit cap protects the balance. Before a large paid run, the bot shows the cost and asks you to approve. Top up in ColdIQ → Billing.

• "This Slack workspace is already connected": the bot is already in your Slack. Do not install it again. Ask the owner of that ColdIQ team to invite you.
• "This install link cannot be used": the link expired or was already used. Start again from ColdIQ.
• The bot does not answer: invite it to the channel, mention it by name, and check that your Slack account is linked to ColdIQ.

In ColdIQ → Settings → Slack → Disconnect Slack (the team owner or the person who installed it). Or in Slack → Apps → ColdIQ Bot → Remove App.

When the app is removed or disconnected, we delete its Slack access token at once. Ten days later we delete the conversations that came from Slack and every Slack record of the workspace. To delete them sooner, email [email protected].

The bot reads only messages that mention it, its direct messages, and replies in its own threads. When you mention it inside an existing thread, it also reads the earlier replies in that thread. It stores them in the team's ColdIQ account. Full details: Privacy policy.
