What you need before you start
01 · Claude Code
Installed, with a terminal. It builds ~90% of the app and runs the content skills.
02 · Next.js + Vercel
A Vercel account for hosting. The app is App Router + Tailwind CSS.
03 · Supabase
A free Postgres project for the posts table and skill storage.
04 · Apify + OpenRouter
API tokens for scraping (Apify) and AI generation (OpenRouter → Claude).
05 · vidIQ Boost (optional)
Boost plan or higher to enable the YouTube + Instagram outlier mining in Part 8.
