What you will build

This guide walks you through the exact AI coding setup Michel Lieben uses to run ColdIQ, a $7M/year lead generation agency. The results of moving GTM work into coding agents: campaigns shipping at 3x the previous rate, first-page Google rankings on high-competition keywords within weeks, automated ad campaign builds across Google, Meta and LinkedIn, and full end-to-end prospecting campaigns run from a few natural language prompts.

By the end you will have Conductor orchestrating Claude Code and Codex side by side, prospecting and signal APIs (like a people-search API and PredictLeads) wired into Claude Code, and a repeatable flow that goes from plain-English prompt to enriched lead list to loaded cold email campaign without touching a spreadsheet.

You do not need to be a developer. The whole point of this stack is that connecting an API used to mean reading documentation and wiring endpoints by hand; now the agent reads the docs and builds the connection for you.

Step 01

Set up Conductor as your agent cockpit

Install Conductor and connect both your Claude account and your ChatGPT account. Conductor wraps Claude Code and Codex in a single interface, so you can toggle between the latest models of each without living in a raw terminal. It also lets you run multiple coding agents in parallel on separate branches, which is what makes concurrent campaign builds practical. If the terminal has been your blocker with AI coding tools, this removes it: the UI is dramatically smoother than running agents from a shell.

Step 02

Make Claude Code your GTM workhorse

Michel pays for the Claude Max plan (around $100/month) and uses Claude Code for all API and MCP work, well beyond outbound. One concrete play: ColdIQ built a set of free lead generation mini-tools with it — an intent seller finder, a free email finder, a free phone finder. A visitor enters a first name, last name and company and gets their target's email address for free; ColdIQ gets the email of someone actively looking for B2B contact data, which is a warm lead they can re-engage. Pick one small GTM asset like this as your first Claude Code project.
