ZoomInfo MCP lets you connect ZoomInfo’s huge B2B database to your AI assistant. This helps you get detailed company and contact information through simple questions, making tasks like sales, marketing, recruiting, and business development easier. Below is a straightforward guide on how to set it up and use it with examples.

Setting Up ZoomInfo MCP Connector

First, you need to add ZoomInfo MCP to your AI assistant’s connectors or integrations. Here’s how to do it step-by-step:

    https://mcp.zoominfo.com/mcp

  4. Save your configuration.

Now, the connector is ready to link with your ZoomInfo account.

  2. Log in using your ZoomInfo username and password.
  3. Approve the permissions requested.
  4. You’ll be redirected back once connected successfully.

Make sure you have an active ZoomInfo subscription that includes API access (Co-Pilot or legacy plan with API add-on) and a paid AI assistant account supporting MCP, like Claude Pro.

Using the ZoomInfo MCP Connector in Conversations

Once connected, you can start asking questions to your AI assistant to get business data. Activate the connector first:

  1. Enable ZoomInfo MCP under Tools or Connectors in your AI assistant.
  2. Now, ask natural-language questions such as:
    • “Find all VP-level contacts at tech companies in San Francisco with 100–500 employees.”
    • “Show me fast-growing SaaS companies in the Northeast that raised funding in the last 2 years.”
    • “Identify senior engineering managers at Fortune 500 companies with LinkedIn profiles.”
    • “Give me ZoomInfo’s competitor profiles with revenue and employee growth trends.”
  3. Review the results: contacts include accuracy scores; companies show revenue, leadership, and growth details.
