Plus venv. instagrapi + apify-client run on stable Python.
03 · Instagram account
Personal or pro. You keep saving reels as usual; the script reads your Saved collection.
04 · Apify token
Free tier covers a few reels/month. Transcript add-on dominates cost (~$0.05/reel).
