  • Enriches them with follower count, website, industry, and more
  • Filters out low-quality leads
  • Uses AI to grade each lead based on your offer + ICP fit
  • Saves qualified leads to a Google Sheet no duplicates

Workflow Overview (Step-by-Step)

1. Search Companies on LinkedIn

Using Ghost Genius API, you input search criteria like:
  • Keywords
  • Industry
  • Company size
  • Region
  • Presence of open job roles

2. Enrich Company Info

Pulls key details:
  • Follower count
  • Website
  • Number of employees
  • LinkedIn URL
  • Activity status

3. Initial Filtering

Filters out companies that:
  • Don’t meet follower thresholds (e.g. <200)
  • Don’t list a website
  • Appear inactive

4. AI Scoring with GPT

  • Based on your inputs (Set Variables node), GPT scores companies based on how closely they match your ICP or service offering.
  • Example: “How well does this company match a mid-market SaaS with 50+ employees that needs help with sales enablement?”

5. Deduplication

Checks against your existing Google Sheet using LinkedIn ID to prevent duplicates.

6. Save to CRM

Stores company data, score, and LinkedIn URL in a structured Google Sheet for you to review, prioritize, or sync into your CRM.

Setup Instructions

1. Create a Ghost Genius API Key

Sign up and copy your API key.

2. Set Header Auth in n8n

In both Search Companies and Get Company Info nodes:
  • Header name: Authorization
  • Header value: Bearer YOUR_API_KEY

3. Make a Copy of This Google Sheet

4. Set up Google Sheets Auth in n8n

  • Follow n8n’s Google Sheets credential setup

5. Get OpenAI Key

Add it to the “AI Company Scoring” node inside n8n

6. Customize "Set Variables" Node

Define:
  • Industry focus
  • Target company size
  • Red flags or exclusion rules
  • Scoring criteria for your AI prompt
