How bulk email waterfall enrichment works
The tool uses a bulk waterfall enrichment approach: each data provider processes all unfound contacts before falling through to the next provider. This is much faster than running individual lookups.
FullEnrich processes contacts in a single batch API call. Other providers process contacts with parallel concurrency for speed. Each provider only searches contacts that haven't been found yet.
This approach maximizes email coverage while minimizing time. The provider order is optimized based on our testing: Prospeo, LeadMagic, FullEnrich, and Findymail.

We use 4 leading data providers: Prospeo, LeadMagic, FullEnrich, and Findymail. Each has different data sources and coverage strengths, which is why combining them via waterfall gives the best results.
What CSV format should I use?
Your CSV should have columns: firstName, lastName, company. Optionally include a domain column. The tool auto-detects headers and delimiters (comma, semicolon, or tab).
How accurate are the results?
Professional emails are typically found with 60-80% hit rate across a batch. Individual email accuracy is 80-95%. The waterfall approach across 4 providers maximizes your chances.
Can I download the results?
Yes. Once the enrichment is complete, you can download a CSV with all results including firstName, lastName, company, email, provider, and confidence score.
What if some contacts are not found?
Contacts that aren't found by any of the 4 providers will be marked as "not found" in the results. This can happen for less prominent individuals or those with strong privacy settings.
