Our funnel books more than 100 meetings every month. It has run in roughly the same shape for three years, and it is what took ColdIQ to $7M in annual revenue.
Nothing about it is exotic. Traffic arrives from five channels, gets captured through a handful of mechanisms, and converts through conversations on Google Meet. The tools inside it have changed plenty. The structure has not.
Here is the full breakdown, stage by stage.

1. Lead Generation
40,000+ people visit ColdIQ's website every month. That traffic comes from five sources, and they contribute in very different proportions.
AEO and SEO
Search is our largest single channel at roughly 12,000 visits per month, and it runs on four different kinds of pages.
Standard articles are SEO-optimised pieces written around the questions our buyers type into Google. This still works, even while the industry chases AEO and assumes classic search is finished.
Meta pages are exhaustive resources, like our tools directories, built to be the most complete answer on a given topic. Pages of that depth rank well and hold their position because there is little incentive for anyone to build a better version.
Programmatic SEO covers thousands of templated pages deployed around GTM tech products. Each one targets a narrow, low-competition query that would never justify a hand-written article on its own, and together they add up.
Free GTM mini-tools are the fourth piece. We build them with Claude Code, ship them fast, and they pull in both eyeballs and signups. A free phone finder brings people to the site who are looking for a specific job to be done, not for an agency.
Those mini-tools run on data APIs rather than on anything we own. Prospeo handles email and phone enrichment. GetLeads provides unlimited B2B enrichment. PredictLeads supplies intent and buying signal data. FullEnrich runs premium waterfall enrichment when coverage matters more than cost.
The phone finder is one of the tools we built on that stack, and it is free to use.

LinkedIn Posts
LinkedIn sends us around 10,000 visits per month, and it works because it is a team effort rather than a founder effort.
10+ people at ColdIQ post consistently, which adds up to roughly 100 publications per month across accounts holding 120,000+ combined followers. One person posting daily cannot produce that surface area. Ten people posting a few times a week can.
Taplio handles post inspiration through its MCP, so the team can pull what is performing in our space directly into their drafting workflow instead of scrolling the feed for ideas.
Cold Outbound
Outbound sends about 3,000 visits per month back to the site. Traffic is not the point of the channel, but at our sending scale a share of every campaign ends up on the website before it ends up in a calendar.
We run six plays in parallel:
→ Value-based campaigns built around a lead magnet
→ Industry-centric campaigns targeting one vertical at a time
→ Success story lookalikes modelled on accounts we already closed
→ Inbound-led outbound aimed at people who already touched us
→ Social re-engagement of people who interacted with our content
→ Signals layering, where several buying triggers have to fire together
Expandi runs B2B sales engagement on LinkedIn. lemlist handles multichannel outreach where email and LinkedIn need to work in one sequence. Instantly carries our cold email volume. Apollo is the B2B database underneath the list building, and ColdIQ's unified API pulls the rest of the data layer together behind one endpoint.
Signals layering is the play that decides who is worth contacting at all, and it depends entirely on the quality of the trigger data feeding it.

Quick examples:
YouTube
YouTube is the channel we underuse. The channel is past 3,000 subscribers and growing, and it is a format built for lead generation in a way few others are.
Consistency is the hard part when you are also running an agency, and that is the honest limit here rather than any doubt about the platform. More is planned.
Webinars
We run monthly webinars with large GTM tech companies, which gives us access to their audience alongside ours.
Last month's session with Instantly gathered a couple of thousand registrants. This month's with Apollo reached close to 4,000 signups. A single webinar of that size does more for pipeline than a month of most other activities, and the recording keeps working afterwards.
2. Lead Capture
Traffic on its own does nothing. Turning 40,000 monthly visitors into meetings requires four mechanisms running at the same time.
Contextual lead magnets pop up after a few minutes of browsing, once someone has shown enough interest to be worth interrupting. Firing them on arrival trains visitors to close the modal without reading it.
Email sequences nurture whoever converts, moving them toward a meeting rather than toward another piece of content.
CTAs point to our newsletter and free e-book for people who are not ready to talk to anyone yet. beehiiv runs the newsletter, and Customer.io handles the email marketing behind the sequences.
De-anonymization covers the rest. Visitors who take no action at all still get identified, scored and segmented with LLMs and ColdIQ's MCP, then re-engaged over email or LinkedIn. That last group is the largest one on any B2B site, and ignoring it means throwing away the majority of the traffic you paid for in effort.
Re-engaging an identified visitor requires a verified contact, which is where the capture stage meets the data stack again.

3. Lead Conversion
70% of our deals are sales-led. They close through conversations on Google Meet, usually across one or two calls depending on the size of the package.
Claap records those calls and turns them into coaching material. Reviewing your own calls is the cheapest way to improve a close rate, and it only happens if the recordings are searchable rather than sitting in a folder.
Cobl builds the proposals from those transcripts. Writing a proposal from what the prospect said, in their words, beats writing one from a template and hoping the framing lands.
4. Three Years of Consistency
This funnel has worked in the same shape for three years. Channels moved around inside it, the tool list turned over more than once, and the structure of generation, capture and conversion never changed.
It took the agency to $7M in revenue. It is also the exact funnel we are running to take the new ColdIQ platform to $1M ARR within the next six months, which is the clearest signal we can give about how much we trust it.
The reason it holds up is that no single channel carries it. Search, LinkedIn, outbound, YouTube and webinars all feed the same capture layer, and the capture layer feeds the same sales process. Losing one channel costs a share of the traffic rather than the whole funnel.
If you want to see where your own GTM has gaps before rebuilding anything, that diagnosis is worth running first.
